The range of crystals I use is exstensive and ever growing.Here below are a couple of examples the crystals I use and their areas of influence. The information I give is brief and by no means complete.
Rutilated Quartz
Rutilated Quartz is anti-depressive and mood enhancing. It soothes feelings of anxiety and tension. And is excellent for creative inspiration.
Garnet (Rhodolite)
Garnet helps us cope in times of crisis. It gives us courage, self-confidence and hope. It is a real aid to moving on from old outmoded beliefs about yourself and habits of thought and behaviour.
Obsidian (Snowflake)
Obsidian helps with shock, fear, trauma and obsession. It is consciousness expanding and attunes us more closely to the natural world.
